Supported the production and execution of Kwame Onwuachi’s nationwide cookbook tour, coordinating event logistics, vendors, talent, guest details, event materials, and onsite operations across multiple cities to bring the All Hours culinary experience to life.

Event Background

Award-winning chef Kwame Onwuachi celebrated the launch of his cookbook, All Hours: Crazy Good Food for Whatever, Whenever, with a nationwide collaboration tour in partnership with Resy. The tour brought the cookbook to life through specially curated dinners at renowned restaurants including Cookbook in Los Angeles, Dogon in Washington, D.C., Zahav in Philadelphia, Maroon in Las Vegas, and Fish Cheeks in New York City.

The tour culminated in New York with a late-night talk show at Lincoln Center Theater, followed by an after-party at Tatiana, Onwuachi’s acclaimed restaurant. Inspired by the bold, comforting dishes and personal stories behind All Hours, the series combined food, conversation, and immersive experiences to celebrate the chef’s new cookbook.
