Theodora Beach Club

Theodora Beach Club, presented by Resy, was a summer-long culinary event series that brought Brooklyn restaurant Theodora to Governors Island for an immersive outdoor dining experience. The space was transformed into a live-fire kitchen and communal dining destination, where guests enjoyed multi-course tasting menus, beverages, gifting, and additional guest experiences overlooking Manhattan. Throughout the summer, the series also featured guest chefs and bartenders, creating a rotating culinary experience for Resy diners.

Supported the production and execution of the series, coordinating event logistics, vendors, guest experience, gifting, and onsite operations.
